Booking Policy

  1. Rates: 4 pax maximum
  2. Additional of guest will be charged of 300 plus 200 for the mattress.
  3. We also accommodate 6 months to 1 year Rental
  4. Check- in time : 2:00PM check - out time 11am. Kindly respect our check-in and check out times cause there will be another guest has book after you. To avoid any circumstances
  5. Upon booking, We require 50% down payment within 24hrs otherwise your booking will be cancelled. An email will be sent to your email address after you book a specified date along with the downpayment procedure. Remaining balance to be paid on the check in date.
  6. Security Deposits: 1000 and this will be refunded upon checking-out. Any damages and stain on the bed will be deducted on the security deposit.
  7. We also offer surprises. Guest will choose the concept and we will do it for you. For more info regarding to this. Kindly message us.
